Because of the high costs associated with both airline and ground transportation services K-9 Cab Pet Taxi requires prepayment for all services and fees. We accept Visa, Master card, and Discover credit cards. We accept company checks from IPATA member companies and clients utilizing local pet transportation services.

Cancellation Notice
Clients canceling transportation services less than 24 hours ahead of scheduled arrangements will receive a refund of all funds, less a $50.00 service fee. If long distance transportation to the clients pickup location has begun when the cancellation notice is received the client will e charged the standard base fare.

Military Discount
Because Pat and Dan are military veterans, Pat 12 years total, Dan 20 years in the Navy, we understand the hardships imposed upon military personnel. Therefore, active duty military personnel relocating as a result of permanent change of station (PCS) orders will receive a 10% discount from the total cost of all services. Proof of PCS orders is required.

Tax Deduction
Check with your accountant or tax preparation professional to determine if your pets moving expenses are deductible. IRS Publication #521 “Moving Expenses” states these costs may be deductible if the relocation is due to a change of employment.
